Since all our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

🔹 Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

🔹 Wrong Product Received:
In case you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

❌ No Returns on Size or Design Preference:
As each product is printed on-demand, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or design changes after the order is placed. Kindly refer to our size chart before placing an order.

Email us at support@velvoraprints.com with your Order ID, photos, and a short explanation of the issue.

🕒 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
